After 15 years, the people behind Libre Digital have mutually and amicably agreed that the organisation has now gone as far as it can, and have decided to wrap up operations in the spring. Until that time, we want to work together as well as ever, and as much as possible, to deliver the best service we can.

Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund, our FreeTech Project returns one last time, one week from today, with the "Tea & Tech" online workshops to provide a fun, friendly, and safe space for adults to collectively learn how to use technology at the intersection of inclusivity, sustainability, security and privacy, from the comfort of their own home — with a cuppa to hand!

If you've already registered, you'll be getting an email from us soon with the Zoom link. If you never before attended our Zoom meetups, now's your last chance! And for those who wish to return, this is your opportunity to ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to retain for yourself and to share with others. Our facilitators will be divulging all the hints, tips, tricks, and "trade secrets" while ensuring you have all the resources you need to get the best out of technology in the future.

The workshops welcome both absolute beginners and even passionate computer geeks hungry for more knowledge to learn and share. What one person isn’t familiar with, the next person may well be — and that’s why we nurture environments where skill-sharing can be utilised as well.
